I have stepped up to doing a detox diet. Why?
I want to restore the energy in my body to also continue my fitness routine.
I tend to not drink a lot of water even though I have to.
I’ve been slacking on my vegetarian diet by eating unhealthy vegetarian meals with snacks.
Oily skin.
Headaches & lots of gas - oowee :/
I want to start tonight by drinking green tea to flush out some...

I will be starting fitness challenge. That means every week or two weeks, I will be posting body pics to compare every week or two to see if any changes have progressed.
Also, I want to start a weekly workout plan by which I have to obey by. I’ve always told myself that I will eventually start my fitness journey, it is now time.

I’m simply a beginner at keeping track with fitness & I’ve always wanted to give it a try which other fitness blogs gave me the ambition to start one & document my journey. Feel free to follow along with me :)
