I have stepped up to doing a detox diet. Why?
- I want to restore the energy in my body to also continue my fitness routine.
- I tend to not drink a lot of water even though I have to.
- I’ve been slacking on my vegetarian diet by eating unhealthy vegetarian meals with snacks.
- Oily skin.
- Headaches & lots of gas - oowee :/
I want to start tonight by drinking green tea to flush out some toxins & then start by making detox drinks. I will post ingredients as well as pictures.
